  september\n\n\n\n\n\nHaal je oude windsurfplank uit de garage of trek hem
  tussen de brandnetels vandaan! Op 28 september gaan we historische tijden
  herbeleven: een Paterswoldsemeer bezaaid met oude zeilplanken\, bevaren d
 oor grijze kuiven en jonge vintage enthousiastelingen.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
 \nHet windsurfen begon begin jaren ’70 op de oer Windsurfer. Eerst gepro
 duceerd in Amerika en korte tijd later bij Ten Cate in Almelo. Een plank m
 et een lengte van 3.65 m\, die je probleemloos op de stenen kon laten stui
 teren (want gemaakt van polyethyleen). Aanvankelijk voorzien van houten gi
 ek\, die het zeil meer deed bollen naarmate het harder waaide 😬\nEind j
 aren ’70 kwamen er meer merken op de markt: Windglider\, Mistral\, Dufou
 r\, Hifly\, Wayler en nog veel meer. Deze planken vallen tegenwoordig in d
 e divisie 1 klasse\n\nSnel willen varen op de Olympische driekhoeksbaan\,
  waar de strijd met name in het kruisrak wordt beslist\, leidde in de loop
  van de jaren ’80 tot de ontwikkeling van rondbodem planken\, die tot we
 l 35 graden aan de wind kunnen varen. Deze planken vallen tegenwoordig in 
 de divisie 2A klasse (zeiloppervlak max. 6\,8 m2 en zeilen niet doorgela

 \nJe kunt je plank en overige spullen uitladen bij de zeilvereniging en ve
 rvolgens je auto ter plekke parkeren of op de\nopenbare parkeerplaatsen oo
 stelijk of westelijk van de club.\nEr kan gebruik worden gemaakt van de kl
 eedkamers.\nKosten\nKosten: € 25 (inclusief koffie/thee met Groninger ko
